Hi Job,

I found a discussion on the Apple list after I sent the message to the
board and it seems that many Apple users have had the same thing happen.
They could trace it to being a graphic card problem, but could not find
a solution to it even with the latest ATI drivers. Last night, I trashed
the 9.2.2 system and retrived the 9.1 which I had by chance saved on
another disk. Since, everything seems back to order which confirms that
it's a driver problem. I have a Radeon card and the NVidia extensions
are not installed on my machine but there are other ATI drivers and the
issue is probably the same. I will keep running my machine with 9.1 but
if I need 9.2.2, I will try what you suggest and keep the older drivers
for this is a very good idea. Thank you!

Kind regards
Paul Schilliger
