I searched the FOGRA website and the package that I downloaded and did
not find any information on the inkset. Many portions of the FOGRA
website are only in German, not English. Do you know where I can find
the information?

Have a look at the documentation within the characterization package you
can download from FOGRA website (www.fogra.org).
