I'll second that. Someone obviously got cross-ways with Chris.
That's unfortunate that they decided to air it on Amazon.
I've started the read and have found the book to be a very good mix
of foundational background information and practical application.
Definitely not for covering in a weekend, for me, anyway. They make
very solid recommendations and have done a great job of covering an
obviously very in depth subject. I plan on doing an overall review
of the book when I go through it the second time, but suffice it to
say I highly recommend it to anyone involved with color management.
I'd like to thank you all for the kind words. Obviously, Chris
managed to severely offend some guy who is too chicken to use his
real name. If anyone feels inclined to write a modest rebuttal on
Amazon, we would of course be forever in your debt.
Of course, if you wind up agreeing with William X, we want to know
that too, particularly if you've managed to decode the secret color
management arcana in Green Eggs and Ham -- I've always suspected it's
in there, but I'm just not smart enough to figure it out...
