You will not find any definite answers, since there aren't any. In
general the numbers are somewhere between 3 to 6 DE, but the tolerances
are tighter in greys and wider in yellows, also they seem to be
dependant on the image content, context, size, colour area, direction of
the colour change, etc etc etc.
I can send you quite a big reading list on this if you're interested:)

I'm doing some research into litho printing, trying to evaluate
acceptable tolerances for process colour printing. In your opinion, what
would acceptable tolerances (Delta E) be for the categories below:
1. Fine art reproduction
2. Brochure printing (high quality)
I would appreciate your opinions.
