Thanks for the feedback on this. I have actually tried medium black
generation :-) But I'll rebuild with other black generation options to see
what difference it makes.
Judging from the replies, MonacoProfiler is unlikely to offer visibly better
CMYK profiles over Proof, despite the larger patch size options, and as I am
pretty happy with Proof, I'll stick with it.
