Last time I've checked this with Monaco, their multicolour option was
designed only to support extra colours of different from CMY hue, e.g.
you could not profile lights with it. Maybe something have changed? Not
according to the controls over the extra colours they've got .
However, I agree that this is indeed not a very practical idea, in
normal circumstances.

Yes, with varying degrees of sophistocation; but even with the best of
them (which in my experience is Monaco Profiler) its not a very
practical idea... now if you replace those light tones with Orange and
Green etc, then thats a different story.
