I do not know about any Photoshop plug-in to do this, except of
HexImage. There is very nice tool to edit (but not create) multichannel
files in Photoshop, called CoCo, from Aurelon.
Outside of Photoshop you might want to check ColorBlind Edit, Monaco's
profile editor and, I think, iQueue.
Best results with 6 colours I've got were with ICISS package from
Aurelon, but it is not an ICC based workflow...
