If there are other license agreements that have the same or similar
language, bring it on! That's the reason this thread was started. A similar
discussion on profile distribution had what I think is a positive effect in
that Monaco is changing their agreement to be much more liberal (good for
everyone). Obviously there needs to be agreements in software to protect the
company that has spent considerable time and money developing their
products. But there's a point where it gets silly and this "clause"
certainly falls into that camp. If you have other examples that are equally
silly, let get em out in the air. Let's see if this is simply the case where
a floor of lawyers is advising the various companies and those companies are
placing this nonsense into the EULA sight unseen.
