Sure,
Make a hotfolder and set up the source CMYK as Sheet-Fed and the destination
CMYK as Web-Offset (I assume you have the appropriate profiles), and define
an out folder - call the queue Sheet to web or similar. That's basically it.
Then dump your PDF in the in folder...
From memory it's pretty accurately explained in the tutorial or manual
(which of the two eludes me for the moment but they can be downloadet from
GretagMacbeth.com).
It needs to be iQueue 140 though...
