Spectrocam serial - BasicColor display problems

Hi
I have posted this before, but still struggling with this issue.
To achieve the profiling of an Apple Cinema, I use BasiCColor Display
2.5 and a serial Spectrocam with Keyspan USB adapter under OS 9.1. I
have installed the latest Keyspan drivers.

There is a problem of communication with the sensor. It is often not
found, or the application quits, or the system does not boot fully at
restart. There is no problem when using the sensor with the Spectrocam
program however. Forgot to mention: quits with a type 2 error.

Your hints and tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Regards,
Paul Schilliger
