PhotoCAL uses an easy Wizard interface, and offers a simple set of two
whitepoints (5000k, and 6500k) and two gammas (1.8 and 2.2), as well as allowing you
to preset brightness, contrast and RGB balance, if your monitor has such
controls. OptiCAL offers all these functions, plus dozens of others, for advanced
users who have specialized needs or demanding uses.

There are no special lenses for OptiCAL; the hardware that comes with OptiCAL
and PhotoCAL are identical. There are attachments for the Spyder for using it
with either an LCD (two items) or a CRT (1 item) which may be what you are
describing.
