Armand,
If you were to use a CMYK raster or PostScript rip with a CMYK profile that
uses 100% GCR to drive your inkjet printers this would help to resolve most
if not all of your gray issues. ImagePrint cant do that easily since it
uses and RGB profile to control the printer.
However, if you cant (for what ever technical or financial reason) buy into
that option, it sure sounds like you want to consider a color profile
editing solution to tweak the neutrals to try and resolve your neutral gray
issues.
