This has been discussed before. It's not the CMM itself because doing a proof using any other app (for instance, using one of the Applescript apps) results in zeros as you'd expect. It's because Photoshop is handling the proofing (or perhaps the displayed proof numbers) differently depending on whether the CMM is Adobe's or another.
