You've come across a bug in the video cards 5most common on Nvidia) where
the red channel is overdriven and creates a color fringe.
You'll have to cut it back to >92 or less to get a neutral box surround.
It's not the monitor rather the card to monitor combo, yet nothing to be
worried about.
