If you really want to hit it spot on, you also need to select your Photoshop
working space, and select Convert and Embed in the ColorSync (or ICM) tab in
the FlexColor setup.
That way all color transformations will be (almost) similar to photoshop and
you should end up with something within a percent or so from what you see in
PS.
