On the OS X install for the 2200, the utility is the EPSON Printer

Not sure if it's affected with the driver upgrade; probably a part of

The Printer Utility is launching an Epson Utility, that is part of the
updated installer. Its bizarre that the Printer Utility is buried in the
Utilities folder in the bottom of the OS X Applications folder: its a
frequently needed item that needs to be in the dock.
The route to the printer's own utilities is convoluted and fraught with
failure due to OS and Driver updates. First find and launch the Printer
Utility (place it in the dock for future access), then select the printer in
question in the Printer List (opening the list if necessary). If your printer
is not listed, add it. If its gives you trouble, delete it, and add again. If
this still doesn't work, remove all printer specific files from the library,
disconnect or turn off the printer, and try again. Now, once you can access
the printer, you select "Configure" and it brings up yet another window with
your printer's name in it, and when you double click on that instance of the
printer, it will launch the Printer's Own Utility, where you can clean the
heads etc... no different for Canon printers, by the way.
