The client uses a variety of options for creating files such as Quark to
PostScript as well as just using Photoshop. I almost got rid of the problem
by using the IP color adjustments, but they don9t allow you to change the
extreme shadow points. The point is I have looked in to this many ways using
both gray and rgb images and spent countless hours working with the rip and
talking to Daniel to try to resolve this issue. And it has not happened
yet. So the prints for this museum have a few issues every now and again.
Actually they use the Epson driver setup with a few Photoshop tweaks to work
around this rip issue.
