OT regaining character palette

The OS is device independent on three fronts, color, type and text.

After playing v e r y enthusiastically with the text capabilities, the Character Palette has decided to go into permanent exile, probably in disgust over this bidirectional Babel.

It doesn't launch from Command-T > Fonts > Extras > Show Characters and it doesn't launch from Input Menu > Character Palette.

If it didn't give up on Persian, it can't be as timid as all that. But how the dickens does one tickle this little chap into into giving away it's hiding place?

Of course, it may have been feeling a bit under the weather and decided to head for bed. But if so it forgot to take down the note on the Input Menu billboard saying it is waiting for us to muck around now after supper.

(Helloooo in there CP, you home? . . . -:).)

Henrik
