I would suggest being a little more specific here.
Yes Jeff, you are "profiling the Camera, the "raw converter", and the "COLOR
TEMPERATURE" of the lighting. Not the "Lighting".
Furthermore, to keep this in perspective for all those that "Profile "
printers. Before you Profile a printer you calibrate it. Before you
profile a camera, you calibrate it, its called grey balance.
Once calibrated, you profile it. How do you maintain the integrity (or
usefulness) of the profile? By continuing to follow proper grey balance
etiquette.
