Problems with ColorLab

Hi
I have been trying to do the objective profile evaluations set out in Real World CM using Logo ColorLab. When I try to use the Compare function under the tools menu, the application crashes. I am running a G4 laptop with OS X 10.2.7. Anyone else suffer this problem or offer any solutions? I believe there is no support from Gretag.
