You can use the demo version of Basiccolor Manager
that can be downloaded at
http://www.basiccolor.de/download/trial/downloads.asp
The software should work for 14 days.
It will organize all of your profiles into one easy to
use dialog box. One the best features is it allows you
to
change the default rendering intent of your profile.
