All three are RGB Working Spaces so in theory, the viability of archiving
and editing in any is the same (well behaved space for editing not based on
any device). The difference among the three are profound with regard to
color gamut. Ektaspace is the largest and sRGB the smallest. Unless you have
some output device that's got quite a huge gamut (film recorder?), Adobe RGB
should serve you just fine.

Input spaces are not always well behaved for editing where all RGB Working
Spaces are (When you have R=G=B, it's always neutral for one). In a real
production environment where you KNOW the only output device you'll ever go
to is SWOP, there's something to be said for conversions directly to the
output space. But don't think you'll ever be able to use that output space
for anything but SWOP. In a Working Space, you can convert from that to any
additional output space you wish at any time. More flexibility (more time to
produce that flexibility).
