I'm still trying to wrap my head around why a "green" image will print ok,
and created "neutrals" appearing neutral ... but I can let you know the
Spyder does have an issue with some implimentations of USB ... i.e., my
onboard USB wouldn't work, but a purchased PCI USB card remedied the
problem. I would try to find out as much as possible about your friend's
USB, and submit it to Colorvision.
