I have a 3-display system and ran into the same problem. I hope Sony updates their software for multi-display systems...

Anyway, it seems to stick with the correct display. You can check by going into the Displays preference pane and double-checking that the correct profile is associated with each display. Calibration will then be correct for each display as well.
