Hi all,
Just thought I'd notify users of BasICColor Display once I "upgraded"
to Mac OS 10.3 (Panther) BassICColor Display stopped working, the
program would launch but the GUI wouldn't come up and the only option
from the menu bar was "quit". Tech support just let me know a work
around until a patch is available. Go into your BassICColor Display
folder and find the file "EnableCable.bundle" - change the name or move
it out of the folder and the problem goes away! Not sure if you can use
your DDC cable to control your display after doing this (I can't
control my monitor that way) but at least the application runs and you
can calibrate! A proper patch should be available soon.
regards,
