[Sorry for straying from color stuff, but I've been hitting dead ends
everywhere and hoping a critical mass of photoshop users here might
have an idea...]
Is There any way to force Photoshop to default to ASCII postscript
generation rather than Binary? (Photoshop 7, MacOS 10.2.6)
Problem is that we need to start routing printing from classroom lab
machines through a university-wide spooling and accounting system
(uniprint) that can't handle binary PS. (And the print system in
10.2.6 also won't do BCP or TBCP encoding, but that turns out to be an
independent issue with a hack-around to solve.)
Thanks, and reply to me directly rather than to the list, and sorry
again for the non-color intrusion.
