This is great news. Thank you. And you could have mentioned that it offers
support for taking measurements with the SpectroCam!
Here is the blurb on that from the website:
*Spectrocam measurement support and Color Correction Pro 2.0
New is also the support from the Spectrocam. This is a lab fast measurement
instrument for capturing lab date from color patches. This means that cmyk
colors as well as spot colors can be shown as digital ink on screen. The
creation of extra spot channels in Photoshop allows you to measure and
represent these colors in Photoshop. A measured index color can also be used
in to increase the number of separation channels from 4 up to 16. In the
next version we are going to enable this future to do color correction
targets. Like pinpoint a color and change this to a measured color.
