KVM Device for Two Monitors

I am considering purchasing a MoniSwitch from Dr. Bott, so I can attach both
my Mac G4 and G5, to a single monitor. Has anyone heard of any loss of
image quality, subtle or otherwise, to a monitor attached to this device.
This monitor will be used for critical image editing. Many thanks for your
advice.
