I'd rather not tweak, if I don't have too. I'd prefer, like you I'm sure,
that the linearisation be spot on from the get go.

Like I said in todays's follow up post, Fuji ColourKit Monintor Profiler is
doing a surprising good job of linearizing my Eizo. The best to date of all
the solutions I've tried so far.
