John,
I've seen this behavior occasionally when using ProfileMaker to measure
output targets. The solution for me has been to use MeasureTool to measure
the targets and save the measurments. With MeasureTool I've never had a bad
or lost set of measurements out of hundreds (thousands?) of targets unless I
goofed up measuring the target myself.
