I've done some testing of Genuine Fractals and
PxlSmartScale for a client that needs huge trade show
images made from digital photos and, so far, I'm
leaning toward Genuine Fractals. The GF workflow is a
little klunky, but I prefer the quality of the images
it produces. My next step will be to find out how
scriptable it is (e.g., including GF in a PS droplet).

By the way, you can download time-limited demos of
both Genuine Fractals and PxlSmartScale from
LizardTech.com and Extensis.com, respectively.

Good luck,
Steve
