Andrew,

More than a few people on other lists (and at least
one in a recent magazine article) insist that
enlarging images in PS should be done in 10% steps. I
did an (admittedly) limited test on this theory years
ago, and couldn't discern any difference between the
images that were 'stepped-up' and the one enlarged in
one jump. Is the 'step method' just superstition, or
does it have some technical basis?
