DeltaE to Density

Using the results of ProfilerPRO's MeasureTool - Comparing, I have compiled
a DeltaE between two 10 step CMYK Linearization's. How can I turn this data
into density info that would go into a compensation curve?

Example:

C10% = 12.48

C20% = 7.73

C30% = 14.74

C40% = 16.51

C50% = 15.89

C60% = 16.74

C70% = 16.45

C80% = 15.62

C90% = 11.87

C100% 4.40

I want to make a 10 point curve to compensate for the difference between the
two Linearizations. The information is for the visual plate compensation of
Best ScreenProof; one set of data is for Contone information and the other
is for 1-bit tiff Screened Data. The DeltaE is the difference between the
two.
