D50 2 degree are ICC specification standards; you might change to, say, D65
10 degree for work in the fabric industry, were D65 is the lighting standard
(and a more reasonable one in some respects) while 10 degree better reflects the
size of the final colored object, and the larger area of the eye it will be
viewed with.
