You can't change the type of bulb in your scanner without risking derailing
your colors bigtime -- I think the scanner would even fail calibration if
you were to do it.
As for the Phillips tubes, you need to find out their specs. Are these rated
as 5000K? Is their Color rendering index 90 ++?
As for image capture, if you find your colors are balanced I don't see the
need for changing anything.
