I know this is way off topic, but I don't know where else to turn to. I
really want to run Panther and PS CS but I can't print custom page sizes to

create a custom page size, then print, In BestColor, the job comes up
cropped and rotated. If I have a 30 tall by 20 wide document and create a
custom page size, then it works..

Are you using 10.3.2? If not, update to that.
What version of BCP are you using? If it's 5.0, update to 5.01. Also there are updated PPDs that didn't ship with 5.0 that will probably help. You can find the PPDs on the Bestcolor forums.
I know for certain that the rotation problem is solved with BCP 5.01 and 10.3.2 with the updated PPD.
