I use a $29.95 RadioShack digital voltmeter to measure voltage at the base
of the lamp and I use a Minolta ChromaMeter incident colorimeter to measure
chromaticities of the light produced by the Solux. I had to build some kind
of baffle into the Solux to shield the yellow light leaking through the
outer ring of the front of the bulb because the beam is not uniform in CCT.
