printing in CS

Hello All.
I have a custom profile set up for my Epson 2200 which works great when printing out of PS7 from either Jaguar or Panther.
The problem is when I upgraded to Photoshop CS my prints came out different.
Can anyone tell me why when using the same profile and colour settings in CS, I get terrible colour rendition.
I shouldn't need to use a new profile for a newer version of Photoshop, or is there something in CS that I missing?
Thanks in advance.
Kevin Hewitt
