The images we tend to deal with have more color than most people know
what do do with.
Sunsets, sunrises, fall colors and nature/Tahoe in general have allot
to benefit from OG.
I see your point in the smooth tone concept, but I believe this is not
as much of a factor as you may make it to be in this situ,
-photographic reproduction of color intense images.
Not necessarily wanting to take corporate sides, I must agree with John
Stanzione in his over-all assessment of this topic.
Once again, from direct experimentation/observation, our 8 color inkset
out performs any currently inkset combo from Epson.
As a mater of fact, a customer/landscape photographer just stopped by
to have an Epson print framed at our shop. We have printed the same
image in large format several times. I ran this topic by her. She
agrees that our prints are superior.
