I still have a Mac ADB functional unit that I bring to my classes as it's
able to use ColorShop 2.6.2.
I just bought another one for dirt cheap on eBay just to take it apart. I
was amazed to discover its inner construction: it's a true scanning
spectrophotometer. Awesome design for a unit of that price which came in in
1994 as a revolutionary instrument available for the masses. No wonder
X-Rite bought LightSource.
