Hold on there! PM 5 is fully capable of tweaking the black channel
generation to your heart's content. They may not call it "linear GCR"
like Monaco does, but the control is all there. Try using the Max K
setting in ProfileMaker...
I am assuming you are talking about building a CMYK inkjet profile through
a RIP, as you do not have control over the K generation through the RGB
driver.
