Once you write the ps from Quark or save an Illustrator file as an eps,
embedded profiles are not used by Postershop. You have to set up the
input profiles for the profiles used in the CT. IOW, I always open up
customer CT's to see what profiles they use and change Postershop
accordingly. If more than one I convert all to the same.
If you send over a profiled tiff image (from photoshop) check in
preflight if the choice of Use embedded profile shows up in the change
profile window. If you have a ps or eps the Use embedded profile is not
in the pull down list.
