The ECI 2002 target from Monaco Profile is the same patches as ProfileMaker
Pro but a few patches in one area are not in sync. So apparently everyone
has a different idea of what's correct. I'm pretty sure the ProfileMaker Pro
target is right (meets the ECI spec).
