Wow! This is incredible news: take an ICColor ECI2002 chart, measure it with
PMP v5 MeasureTool in non-spectral mode, save it to disk. Now, you have a
choice of profiling package to work with! The job can either be done with
PMP or with PrintOpen v4.0.5: the very same raw measurement data file can be
read in PO4, no need to massage the data in Excel! I knew this was possible
with good old IT8.7/3 but I did not know such a feat was also within reach
with the ECI2002 chart.
Now that's what I call interoperability!
Maybe that's old news for some people on the list but to me that news just
made my day in a big way.
