postscripting from ID2 and ID CS

  • Subject: postscripting from ID2 and ID CS

This might be a little off topic but I haven't got a response when I've asked Adobe or the InDesign list serve I'm on and I think someone here might know the answer:

When I place a jpeg-compressed eps in InDesign2 and postscript it the resulting file is much smaller (and takes much less time to postscript) than postscripting the same file from InDesign CS. Does anyone know what is happening? Is there any way I can control it?

Thanks!
