You want to edit the proofer profile (the profile for the device simulating
the original process). Or are you saying ALL output to all devices shows
issues? It's not usual for profiles to need editing when your goal is to
make one device simulate another device.

It's a great product for getting information about table errors and
device/reproduction quality indexes but not the tool for what you're trying
to uncover (how to edit a profile to make it simulate another device). For
that it's usually lots of rounds of profile editing, then viewing the
output, then more editing. It's great when you are doing this with OPM
(other people's media) and painful when you use your own media.
If I'm understanding what you wish, it's to make printer A simulate printer
B? If so, you almost always need a round or 3 of profile editing (usually
just selective color tweaks).
Or are you asking for statistical data on why the prints don't match? Not
that getting this will aid in making them match but it might let you know if
one profiling package might get you closer "out of the gate" then another.
Or course you could just look at them and see this.
