Dear ColorSync users,

TGLC inc., color management specialists and software developer, need the help of beta testers for its new profiling software called "PerfX Color Management".
This new profiling software will be available in two versions, one for end users (desktop proofing and scanner) and one for the high end graphic arts market (proofers, presses, scanner and digital camera).

This new profiling software creates ICC profiles for input devices (scanner, digital camera), output proofer (RGB and CMYK) and printing processes (offset, newsprint, flexo, web, screen printing, etc.)

What makes it different? It uses artificial intelligence for the color calculations of the profiles (ANN). The colors and the black generation are calculated to produce very accurate characterization for any input and output devices. It perform very well with non linear devices.

We would like to have some beta testers, specially to evaluate our CMYK output profiles.
What is needed:
A) the CMYK data reference file (CMYK data target)
B) the CIE Lab readings of the printed target
C) the actual ICC profile produced by your existing profiling software (if available).

Any printing process color data is welcome for the tests.

You can send us the files by e-mail at email@hidden

We will provide the final results on our web site at www.tglc.com in April 2004.

The new profiling software will be officially presented at the end of March 2004 in Montreal at GrafikArt 2004.

Thanks in advance for the help of ColorSync users!
