Thanks for the advice!
NewColor seems to be the path I'll walk.
We have perfromed quite a few scans ovet the past 2 days and several
prints to a Roland FJ-500 - spot on color!
Finally firing on all eight cylinders.
You're welcome.
The Tango is a fine piece of machinery in a fine industrial design. The
naming is just right, you step up to it as if to a partner. The
QuickStep was a nice name for a not so agile flatbed. The low end
flatbeds, the Circon, the Opal, the Jade had names along the LinoColor
slogan in the US "Color is child's play" which is oversell and
overkill. After the Linotype-Hell core was enveloped in the daring and
dashing silver gray Mercedes-Benz limousine approach of Heidelberg, the
scanners had dull names, Primescan, Nexscan . . . lowercase as per the
German spelling reform applied to English, with corporate guidelines.
Thanks,
Henrik
