(Hi Steve)
I've done a lot of hard work with the graybalancer and 9600 - only with
OS9, never seen it for X. It something of an exercise in frustration
but you CAN, with a lot of effort, use it to limit ink so that the
chroma does not turn back on itself. Working with a properly
linearizable RIP is SO MUCH more rewarding I kinda gave up on the
graybalancer. No one wants to go to classic to print these days. (but
ink can be limited overall with graybalncer, takes a lot of testing tho).

Actually I have heard quite the opposite from some of my European

Perhaps Neil or Thomas can chime in?
Steve
don't think Thomas H. uses it,
he swears by Proofmaster these days, v2 looks pretty interesting on
paper (no pun intended). I have friends who love Colorburst too, not
got my head around it just yet tho.
