No it's not going to interfere with any additional profiler packages.
With the older OS9 and Windows, Adobe gamma app was rarely but nonetheless
a possible source of conflicts. The Default Calibrator was simply disabled
and thus didn't cause any problems.
Both Jaguar and Panther have not shown conflicts to leaving this and other
profilers installed.
